JFE Future was founded in 2002 and incorporated in the JFE Group of Companies. They entered the property development arena with the ever popular Fontaine Bleau Retirement Village, Panorama, Western Cape. Based on the success of this retirement village, JFE Future decided to expand its horizons and field of expertise with a residential development and further specializing in it's popular format lifestyle retirement villages, now called the "Fontaine" range of retirement villages.

JFE Future is currently marketing De La Fontaine Retirement Village in Brits. This first in it's kind development in the Brits area will provide in all the requirements of such a needed retirement village.

JFE Future is further planning a similar lifestyle retirement village at the Hartebeespoortdam. Details of this development will be elaborated on once marketing commences.
